Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
