Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to creating a welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
