Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate with team members
• Assist with inventory management and cash handling

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Experience in retail preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate necessary equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
