Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
