We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store maintains a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
