Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
