Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour. Training will be provided at a nearby store until the new store opens.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skilled in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Capable of multitasking, staying organized, and following instructions diligently.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
