Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for efficient operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and collaboration in work.
• Possesses a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and maintain ALDI standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and carry items.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
