Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company committed to transforming the lives of patients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategy plans, and learning programs. By collaborating with key stakeholders, you will ensure the field excellence of the USMA teams and their continuous development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create scientific training curriculum.
• Develop strategic training plans for the USMA teams and maintain updated training content.
• Facilitate training for field Medical in assigned therapeutic areas and assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain expertise in relevant therapeutic areas and innovate training programs as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with prior field experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas and adult learning principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities.

Benefits

• Market competitive salary ranging from $148,000 - $222,000 based on qualifications and experience.
