Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Medical Science Liaison to join our team. As the primary field-based scientific expert for our products, you will establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the field of Sleep Medicine/Neuroscience. Your role will involve providing scientific communication, supporting research projects, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based scientific exchange on approved and pipeline products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with opinion leaders in the field.
• Support clinical operations and investigator initiated research.
• Collaborate across functions including Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical Development.
• Attend and provide scientific support at medical congress meetings.
• Develop solutions, demonstrate leadership, and prioritize projects.
• Coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Effective communication of scientific data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based scientific personnel.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with opinion leaders.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• An advanced doctorate degree in relevant fields.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or clinical/research environments.

Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $152,000 to $228,000, discretionary annual bonuses, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and retirement savings plans.
