Job Description
Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead, Oncology (BTC & GEA). In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the Late Development Team in executing a global product strategy, integrating scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects to advance product development from proof of concept to approval.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams from POC to approval.
- Develop and execute product vision and strategy.
- Identify strategic global development opportunities optimizing patient value.
- Provide strategic guidance to functional matrix teams.
- Manage project budget, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- +15 years of global drug development experience.
- Proven leadership in late-stage drug development.
- Experience in Solid Tumor Oncology drug development.
- Strong communication and influential skills.
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
Compensation
Base pay range: $253,600-$380,400.
