This role involves leading advanced analytics methodologies to uncover insights, analyze performance, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions, communicate effectively, and drive impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques like predictive analytics to identify opportunities and performance drivers.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources and the ability to influence senior management.
