Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Responsibilities

• Lead in applying advanced analytics methodologies to uncover opportunities and drive business performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to share strategic insights and enhance collaborative efforts.
• Shape and communicate analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions.
• Contribute to brand executive review meetings and investor calls.

Requirements

• BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners.

Location

This position is based in the United States.

Salary

The full base pay range is $152,000-$228,000, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
