Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as an Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead, Oncology (BTC & GEA). This critical role will lead the Late Development Team (LDT) in establishing and executing a global product strategy for late-stage products. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with Jazz's mission.

Essential Functions

• Lead cross-functional LDT(s) from proof of concept to approval.
• Develop a strategic vision for the product and collaborate with matrix teams.
• Drive global product development opportunities balancing risk, timelines, and value.
• Participate in long-range planning and governance reviews.
• Provide guidance to functional teams and mentor team members.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• +15 years global drug development experience.
• Proven leadership in late-phase drug development.
• Experience in solid tumor oncology and regulatory submissions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire in a cross-functional environment.

Education and Licenses

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
