Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise to our stores.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate with the team, and drive for success.
- Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and operate industrial equipment safely.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
