Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. This role offers a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour and various shift schedules to choose from.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
