1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. From relocating products to maintaining warehouse cleanliness, you will contribute to the efficient flow of operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to join ALDI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 45 pounds of products.
