1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
