1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and moving stock, loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and lift, carry, and move merchandise.
