1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 1st Shift with a 7:00 AM start time, with up to 35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in fulfilling orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
