Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise within our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving and relocating incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and achieve operational goals. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to safety guidelines, report product quality issues, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and operating industrial equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and environments.
