1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and information exchange.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, report product quality and safety concerns, and assist in process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
