Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and adheres to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, bending, standing, and walking.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
