Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work well independently and in a team, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic organization for efficient delivery.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and contribute to achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
