Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
