1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and organizing stock, loading merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
