Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi’s dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure the smooth fulfillment of orders and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Interact collaboratively with team members and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse operations.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Execute tasks accurately and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
