Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock replenishment, merchandise organization, and preparation for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Be able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
