Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
