Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Move and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any product quality or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve processes and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, frequently.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
