1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, ensuring warehouse appearance standards, and working collaboratively with peers and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Organized, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
