Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in budget goal achievement.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and work efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment and work in various environments.
• Perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and walking throughout the warehouse.
