Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse standards are met. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
