Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that stock is received, stored, and distributed accurately, adhering to the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety requirements through cleaning and organization.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, and report safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
