1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely stocking, organization, and shipment of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
