Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and adaptability.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Proficiency in operating powered industrial equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
