1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a First Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive quality products on time. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
