1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery to our stores. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Collaborate with the warehouse management to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Prepare merchandise for delivery.
• Engage in various physical activities throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
