Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our customers. Our warehouse team operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in diverse temperatures and environments.
