1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and relocating merchandise in the warehouse, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety; report issues.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
