1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. Join our dedicated warehouse team where you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and arithmetic skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
