1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers receive the quality products they expect. As a warehouse associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
