1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be part of a team that values hard work and dedication in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Assist in improving warehouse processes and achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
