Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift Part-Time

Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, select, and deliver incoming stock for store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Frequently move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
