Warehouse Package Handler - 1st Shift

As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and cooperating with team members and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
