1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a key role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Assist in taking inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
