Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This role offers up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse. Your duties will also include sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, collaborating with peers and leadership, and ensuring product quality and safety. In addition, you will be expected to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies and specific job-related competencies, including efficiency, communication, and attention to detail.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate powered equipment safely.
