We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work collaboratively, and dedicated to achieving peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load products for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
