1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This full-time role involves efficient stock handling, merchandise organization, and general warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment efficiently.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Interact effectively with team members, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Movement of merchandise, including operating powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
