Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading company in the industry. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment within our dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 45 pounds and operate in varying temperatures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
